Today, we’re answering that request.

We’re officially announcing the general availability of BalkanID’s Managed User Access Review (UAR) and Managed Lifecycle Management services. These offerings are built to serve organizations that need strong identity governance—but lack the internal bandwidth to operate it day to day.

These managed services are designed to complement our self-service offerings—like BalkanID Lite, our SaaS-first UAR platform, and our enterprise platform, which supports advanced use cases and integrations. Now, whether you want to run BalkanID yourself or have us manage it for you, you have that flexibility.

Each managed service—UAR and Lifecycle—is priced at $25,000 per year, covering up to 1,000 employees.

  • Tiered pricing is available for organizations with more than 1,000 employees, based on total employee count.

Some of you have asked how our Managed Services differ from our Premium Support Tier. Here’s the breakdown:

  • Managed Services are ideal for companies that want to offload UAR and lifecycle operations, and are working with SaaS applications or well-supported on-prem systems like Active Directory, Oracle, or SQL Server. No custom work is required—you simply need the process managed end-to-end.
  • Premium Support includes everything in Managed Services, plus:
    • Development of custom integrations for proprietary or homegrown on-prem apps
